The human history of Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve is documented and shared with the community by the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy Pastfinders. This dedicate group of men and women actively research the human history of the Preserve from ancient times to the present, documenting and sharing their findings. Sponsorship underwrites ongoing research and six (6) or more public presentations annually and your company is represented by two banners with your company logo at each presentation.
The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy Speakers Bureau provides education through speaking engagements to the public through the Scottdale Library system, civic organizations, corporations, clubs and organizations. Speaking engagement topics can very from hiking in the Preserve in the summer, to how the Preserve was formed and how it is protected and preserved for this and future generations. Sponsorship underwrites 12 - 16 presentations annually and your company is represented by two banners with your company logo at each presentation.
The Field Institute Insider is the scientific newsletter of the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy. Produced by the McDowell Sonoran Field Institue, The Insider shares the latest on the continuing science-based research being conducted on the Preserve, details findings of flora, fauna, geology, and cultural history, as well as the Conservancy's ongoing conservation efforts based on scientific models executed through the Conservancy's Field Institute Citizen Science program. Sponsorship underwriting The Field Institue Insider will be recognized prominently in the electronic and print publication that now reaches more the 1,200.
