Upon becoming a member, making a donation or purchasing one of the products available on our website, MSC will collect personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information. MSC will use the personal information you disclose to respond to your inquiries and provide you with requested information or products related to MSC. If you choose to provide your credit card information to pay dues, make a donation, subscribe to an event or purchase merchandise, MSC will provide minimally necessary information to authorized third parties in order to process your payments. MSC may also disclose this information to partners in an MSC event. However, under no circumstances will your personal information be sold or otherwise distributed. MSC publishes the name and membership levels of our donors and members in the MSC newsletter, Mountain Lines. If you do not wish to have your name published when making a donation or becoming a member, please notify MSC at (480) 998-7971.

MSC may occasionally contact you by U.S. mail or e-mail with information about upcoming events, the status of your membership or requests for donation.
